Food & Drink at Petco Park - 2024 Padres Concessions Guide

Posted in 2024 in

Home runs don’t always come easy but you can always count on Petco Park to deliver delicious concessions and tasty food options for Padres fans. With only a few hours to work with, mapping out what to eat at the stadium is an essential part of your game plan.

2024 Concessions

Each year, vendors bow out to make room for new food and beverage stands in the stadium. It’s always exciting to learn about what’s new.

New & Local Options

Local flavor continues to be what Petco Park is all about. Some fun new options to check out in 2024:

  • Gelati & Peccati – You may already be familiar with the Buona Forchetta family of restaurants in and around San Diego, and their walk-up Roman pizza and gelato offshoot in North Park on University Ave.
Location: Mercado at Petco Park (Main Concourse behind Home Plate where Cucina Stella used to be)

Menu: Roman-style pizza variations including Margherita, meat lovers, and vegetarian.
  • An’s Athletic Field Services – A spinoff of An’s Dry Cleaning, the slyly named, award-winning gelato shop in San Diego, which has locations in North Park and Del Mar and outrageously crazy delicious flavors. An’s was voted one of the Best Ice Cream Shops in America.
    Location: Mercado at Petco Park

Menu: Gelato shop with unique creations such as Clay (nutella + brownie), Sand (vanilla + fig) and Chalk (vegan lemon + almond)
  • Spiro’s Mediterranean Cuisine – Local Chaconas family celebrates their deep Greek roots and traditions with restaurants in Coronado for almost 30 years, La Jolla and now Petco Park.

Location: Section 124 on the third base side

Menu: Classic gyro and Horiatiki bowl inspired by a Greek salad.
  • San Diego’s Finest Hot Chicken
A second location has been added in the Mercado (along with the upper deck spot)

Menu: Another place to score the popular Hot Hen spicy chicken sandwich.

Mobile Ordering

Fans at Petco Park can access food and drink info through the MLB Ballpark App on their cellphone and use it to purchase meals, snacks, drinks and other items.
