.394 Bar (Formerly Club 19)

Posted in 2021 in

The spot previously known as Club 19 has been renamed .394. The full service bar / restaurant at Petco Park located on the club level Toyota Terrace near section 217

.394 is also a beer

The club features beer from AleSmith, the maker of .394 Pale Ale. Both the beer and the club pay homage to baseball legend Tony Gwynn who played with the Padres for 20 seasons (1982-2001). His wife also helped collaborate on the food menu. Featured items will include .394 Chop Salad, Mac & Cheese, Pulled BBQ Pork Fries, Grilled Cheese and Tomato Basil Soup and Tony’s Chicken Tenders.

You may have heard you can only access .394 if you have a seat in the Toyota Terrace section. That is not true. But be forewarned, .394 bar does not have any view of the field. There are plenty of TV screens to ensure you won’t miss a single pitch. But, despite being located inside Petco Park, it does not have sight-lines onto the playing field.

Why .394

.394 is the incredible batting average achieved by Gwynn in the 1994 strike-shortened baseball season, a career high and the highest recorded batting average since 1941. Read more about that season.
