The big question ahead of the 2021 baseball season is, will Padres fans be allowed to attend games
? The answer, like so much in 2021, is complicated. The short answer is a Fauci Shrug. Are people wearing their masks
? Are they getting vaccines
? Right now the mood is greatly optimistic. Signs of dawn are rising after this dark pandemic thanks to science, public education and conscientious behavior.
Update: It's true a limited percentage of Petco Park's capacity will be opened up to fans. So now the questions become who? Which fans? And how! And when!
