Great news for ears! The Head and the Heart will be performing in concert at Petco Park on September 29, 2025.
The concert will be held in Gallagher Square with special guests John Vincent III and Tyler Ballgame.
The Head and the Heart is an indie folk band formed in 2009 in Seattle. They are known for blending folk, rock, and Americana. It is not known if they are Mariners fans. The current lineup consists of Jonathan Russell (vocals, guitar), Charity Rose Thielen (vocals, violin, guitar), Matt Gervais (guitar, keyboard), Chris Zasche (bass), Denny Russo (drums).
The band’s name is a nod to balancing logic (the head) and emotion (the heart). Much like being a Padres fan.
They’ve continued to evolve their sound with albums like Signs of Light (2016) and Living Mirage (2019), balancing folk influences with a more polished, pop-oriented style.
Keep an eye on StubHub which somehow already has tickets already!
