The Estrella Jalisco Landing is a group hospitality space tucked directly beneath the giant HD scoreboard in left field. It’s the closest thing Petco Park has to a hangout zone with a view β drink rails instead of fixed seats, food and beer included, and a wide-open look at the outfield action.
The Landing splits across two tiers:
The lower tier is where most of the social energy lives. You’re elevated just enough to see over the left-field wall and down the line, but close enough that home run balls land within shouting distance.
Most group bookings here are all-inclusive, which is the whole appeal:
Skip the concourse lines, skip the cash register, skip the math.
The space flexes from about 20 guests up to 305. You can book it as a fully private buyout or share it as a semi-private group space. Works for corporate outings, family hangs, birthdays, fundraisers β pretty much anything that benefits from βeveryone in one place with food and beer already handled.β
This isn’t a sit-and-watch section. The drink-rail layout is built for moving around β talk to people, grab another beer, drift back to the rail when something happens on the field. If your group wants to actually mingle instead of getting locked into assigned seats, this is the format.
Bring a glove.
You’re directly under the scoreboard and just over the left field wall. Power-hitter home runs do land here.
Concert nights.
During Gallagher Square concerts, the Landing gives you an elevated view of the stadium and crowd, but sightlines to the Sycuan Stage itself depend on the show setup. Not a substitute for stage-front, but a fine perch.
Getting there.
The Landing is on the Field Level (100 level) β easy walk from the main concourse. The East Village Gate on 10th Avenue is the closest entrance.
