The performance will feature Banda La Adictiva alongside San Diego Padres infielder José Iglesias—known as “Candelita”—bringing a unique Padres-player connection to the show. Who Is Banda La Adictiva?

Banda La Adictiva (also known as La Adictiva Banda San José de Mesillas) is a prominent Mexican regional band celebrated for their energetic performances and popular tracks in the banda and norteño genres. Known for hits like “Ya Es Muy Tarde,” “La Inteligencia,” and “Me Encantaría,” the group consistently delivers high-octane shows full of brass, percussion, and heartfelt vocals.

Joining them on stage is José Iglesias—a current San Diego Padres infielder—performing under the nickname “Candelita.” In a rare crossover of sports and music, Iglesias will share the spotlight, making this concert noteworthy for both baseball fans and band enthusiasts.
