Kaaboo at Petco Park 2020

The not-inexpensive festival of music, comedy, art and food is scheduled to come to Petco Park, September 18-20, 2020 and will heretoforth be known as KAABOO San Diego.

Given the uncertainty brought on by the COVID-19 shutdown, it remains to be seen how a large concert like KAABOO syncs up with Governor Newsom’s coronavirus reopening plan for California. The event has not yet been cancelled or rescheduled. Note: On May 15 it was announced that the similar Wonderfront 2020 festival in downtown San Diego has been postponed until 2021.

Should a postponement occur, tickets will transfer to new dates. automatically. If KAABOO is cancelled outright, passes will be automatically refunded.

About KAABOO

Formerly known as “KAABOO Del Mar,” and also mis-known as Kaboo, Kabboo and Kabooo, the three-day festival had a five-year run in North County and featured bands such as: Kings of Leon, Wu-Tang Clan, Snoop Dogg, the Cult, Boyz II Men, Dave Matthews Band, Black Eyed Peas, One Republic, Switchfoot, Mumford & Sons, Duran Duran, Sheryl Crow, The Bangles, Foo Fighters, Katy Perry, Robert Plant, Post Malone, Wiz Khalifa, Big Boi, Tom Petty & the Heartbreakers, P!nk, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Ice Cube, Aerosmith and the Killers.

The move to Petco Park gives the festival the infrastructure for more space, safety, parking and amenities to take KAABOO to the next level.
