Horton Plaza was a vibrant, quirky shopping center located in downtown San Diego, California. It originally opened in 1985 and was fenced and demolished in May 2020. The future of Horton Plaza involves transforming it into a mixed-use development featuring two 40-story residential towers, extensive office space, and diverse retail options.

The parking lot remains in operation with more than 2,000 spaces, just a 15 minute walk to Petco Park.
