When can you park at a green painted curb in the city of San Diego?
Green means go. But does it mean go ahead and park? Or keep going? Read up on the rules concerning green curb parking so you don’t get a parking ticket:
Green curb parking zones usually don’t last all day. These rules expire in the evenings. Most commonly, green zone restrictions are in effect in San Diego from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. More information will be painted right on the curb or posted on a sign nearby. Depending on the sign and the location, you may be able to park after 6pm without paying.
You may park at green curbs on Sundays and holidays, unless an exception is otherwise posted. Remember all vehicles parking parallel to the curb must park within 18 inches.
