Located at 611 Island Ave. (specifically the site of the historic Ballpark Storage building with its iconic green signage), the Carrier Johnson-designed tower will offer 443 units ranging from studios to three-bedroom apartments while preserving the historic façade of the 1869 Klauber-Wangenheim Company Building.

Emphasizing convenience, energy, and community, Jeremy Lui, director of development for Cresleigh, envisions residents “reveling in all things that make downtown great.” The project promotes urban mobility by prioritizing public transit, ride-share, e-bikes, and eco-friendly options paired with limited on-site parking. Key amenities include a rooftop terrace, swimming pool, communal spaces, and LEED Silver sustainability goals.

Office Space With Petco Park Views

DiamondView Tower is most famous for its floor-to-ceiling views directly into Petco Park. It houses the Ultimate SkyBox event space and serves as headquarters for tech company ClickUp, complete with prominent ballpark-facing signage. Address: 350 Tenth Ave, San Diego, CA 92101.
