No smoking allowed at Petco Park. As of 2006, Padres baseball stadium went smoke free, one of the first outdoor sports venues to do so. Smokers who attend Padres games can smoke cigarettes and other smoking devices in designated locations outside the ballpark. You are allowed to leave the stadium. Gate staff will stamp you for re-entry.
In 2014, the Padres clarified their smoking ban to include e-cigarettes. There is no vaping allowed in the park.
