2025 Admission Prices

Ticket prices have increased slightly this year. Cost of admission starts at $18 for kids and $25 for adults and flex based on date and time, not including fees. A family of four can expect to pay $100 just to enter. Is it worth it? Read our roundup of Holiday Market reviews.

Children under 36 inches in height are allowed to enter for free, accompanied by ticketed adult.

Fees

A $3-5 ticketing and processing fee are added to each online ticket purchase.

Cancellation / Refund Protection

Tickets are non-refundable, but it appears that you can purchase refund protection for approximately 10% of your ticket price.

Parking

You can also reserve parking in advance.

Entry Windows

When purchasing tickets, you must select a date and arrival time. Admission is limited to a certain number of entrants per hour to help manage crowd size for a more comfortable experience. Your group must enter the event at that designated time window. However there is no limit on how long you can remain inside. Your party can stay as long as you like.

Looking for a promo code? We hear you. Christmas ain’t cheap for families. While official promo codes are rare-to-non-existant, here are legitimate ways to save:

• Early bird pricing: Weeknight and early time slots are typically $2-5 cheaper than prime weekend times
• Off-peak dates: Early December dates before Christmas week are usually discounted
• Black Friday Sale: Longshot but don’t say it never happened
