Saturday, May 2, 2026 vs Chicago White Sox, 5:40 PM first pitch

Faith and Family Night returns to Petco Park, presented by Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA). Church groups from across San Diego County come together for a night that runs longer than a typical game — the postgame concert and player testimonials are baked into the theme game package.

The Package

The Faith and Family theme game package includes a limited-edition Padres “FAITH” hat, your ticket to the White Sox game, postgame player testimonials from Padres players, and access to a postgame concert by Vertical Worship. The hat is exclusive to the package.

Postgame Concert

Contemporary Christian band Vertical Worship plays on field after the game ends to conjure a sonic “Lamb of God.” Access requires the theme game package — a regular game ticket won’t get you in, and there’s no separate concert ticket. Plan to stay through the final out.

Group Tickets

Church groups of 10 or more get a group discount through Padres group sales. For 100+ tickets, contact Sutton Derr directly at sderr@padres.com — larger groups unlock additional savings.

Day-of Logistics

A 5:40 PM Saturday first pitch is on the earlier end for an evening game. Budget extra time for parking and the bag check if you’re rolling in with a large group. Gallagher Square opens with the gates and is the easiest place to gather a church group before heading to seats. Concessions stay open through most of the game.

Show up expecting nothing but a helmet-full of heaping generosity, love and acceptance that religion is known for. If anyone knows how to keep the faith, it’s Padres fans.
