The 23rd annual All-American Classic will return to Petco Park in San Diego on Sunday, August 17, 2025.
This premier event showcases the nation’s top high school baseball players entering their senior year, competing in an East vs. West matchup on a Major League Baseball field.
Since its inception in 2003, the All-American Classic has been a launching pad for future MLB stars. Notably, 10 participants have been selected as the first overall pick in the MLB Draft, five have won the MLB MVP award, 11 have earned Rookie of the Year honors, and 293 have been first-round draft picks. Impressively, one out of every three All-Americans has been selected in the first round of the draft.
Proceeds from the event have benefitted Rady Children’s Hospital and support pediatric cancer treatment and research. To date, more than $1.3 million has been raised for local causes, with over $850,000 specifically benefiting Rady Children’s Hospital.
San Diego baseball enthusiasts should mark their calendars for this exciting showcase of emerging talent.
