San Diego Wave earned a first-round bye in the NWSL Postseason which is currently underway. They wait to meet their opponent in the semi-final round on November 5, 2023, at home in San Diego at Snapdragon Stadium.

The matchup has been set: San Diego Wave will face OL Reign on November 5 at Snapdragon. OL Reign beat Angel City 1-0 on October 20 to advance to meet the Wave in the Semifinals.

OL Reign vs San Diego Wave Matchup

The fact remains this rivalry has been one-sided in Seattle’s favor. But all that could change in the playoffs.. To date, OL Reign has never conceded a second half goal against San Diego. In their series history, OL Reign is 5-0 against the Wave with 2 draws. Most recently the teams met on June 24 of this year at Snapdragon, with the Reign winning that game 2-1.
