Say what you will about the mixed reviews of the new Snapdragon Stadium – the sun and traffic causing major headaches for some. But one area where the stadium is firing on all cylinders is concessions. The diverse and delicious options of places to eat and drink inside Snapdragon Stadium is among the highlights of the Snapdragon experience and a direct reflection of the San Diego communities that surround the stadium. In fact, Snapdragon was recently recognized as one of the Top Ten College Stadiums for food and drink (by Yelp), citing The Taco Stand, Crack Shack, Everbowl and Batch & Box cookies as highlights. For unique and local flavor, try the Coop DeVille sandwich with Schmaltz Fries or Fire Nugs spicy chicken nuggets from The Crack Shack or the Pulled Pork Sandwich from Cali BBQ, hickory smoked for 14 hours. Hodad’s is a beloved institution for some. Try the classic cheesburger. And you won’t go wrong with anything from the Taco Stand, probably our top pick, which serves authentic Mexican tacos, burritos, and quesadillas.

A favorite specialty item at Best Pizza & Brew is their “Best White Slice,” a flavorful white pizza with rosemary garlic oil, spinach, caramelized onions, and a mix of cheeses.

Vegan

For vegetarians and vegan options, look for the delicious Mushroom Taco from the Taco Stand or the Tamal Azteca at Ultra Classics. Everbowl makes a yummy Aztec Bowl (strawberries, honey, granola and pineapple) and you can also enjoy a vegan burger at Hodad’s.
