What is Tailgate Park?

- Digg - del.icio.us - Posted by San Diego Fan

Tailgate Park is a 1,000-space parking lot bounded by Park Boulevard, 14th Street, K Street and Imperial Avenue, designated for tailgating. It’s a far cry from the 18,500 spaces at Qualcomm. The spaces not reserved by prepaid season ticket holders will be available on a first-come, first-served basis at a cost of $17 per space. You can hold a spot by purchasing tickets at the Padres website. Note: Kegs, glass containers and charcoal grills are prohibited.
