Water Taxi
San Diego Harbor Excursions offers water taxi service from Coronado and ferry service from Shelter Island for all Padres games at Petco.
Details: Two smaller vessels (capacity: 80) will shuttle fans from Coronado Island starting two hours before the game, running every 15 minutes until one hour after the game ends. Shelter Island will be serviced by one large double-decker ferry (capacity: 200) that departs 90 minutes before gametime and returns half an hour after the game. Expect a 10-to 15-minute walk to the ballpark. If successful, the service may be expanded to include South Bay.
Cost: round-trip $10. Bring extra cash for snacks.
