Padres 2010 Playoff Schedule and Tickets
The 2010 Padres playoff chances are still up in the air, as any San Diego baseball fan knows all too well. The National League West has three explosive threats, the Dodgers, Giants and Rockies, that are capable of making a postseason strike at any moment.
The MLB postseason schedule is set as follows:
Division Series: Wednesday October 6, 2010
If the Padres hold on to their lead in the NL West, and hold on to their position as having the best record in the National League (The PADRES?!), they would face the wild card team in this round. This could be the Philadelphia Phillies. In the event the Wild Card comes from their own division, the Padres would face the division winner with the next-worse record.
The Padres would host games 1, 2, and 5 (if necessary) at home in Petco Park.
